BYC Promo Interview W/ @RealTreMoney via @MrGetYourBuzzUp






1. So tell us who you are, and where are you from?

 Tre Money and I am from Madison, Wi


2. How does it feel to win the prestigious Get Your Buzz Up showcase? 

 Many artists across the nation have won this showcase and went on to do great things in the industry.
Feels good. It was all in God's plans so I can't complain. I'm just ready to work hard and chase my dream until its caught.


 3. How long have you been making music and taking it seriously for?
  
I been writing songs and recording since I was 9 yrs old, but I have only been taking it seriously for about an year now.



4. Your new single "Wake Up" is getting played on a lot of radio stations in Chicago and radio stations in other states are picking it up as well. Not many people get that opportunity. How does it feel?

 Once again that's all in God's hands, but it feels great I just feel like I can do a lot more you know.



5. What do you see yourself accomplishing in 2013? You have already performed at many events including a celebrity golf tournament during the BET Awards.

I'm really just focused on getting my fan base up and after that I will release an EP and do some shows and go from there, because without a fan base you won't make it in this industry.


 6. Who are some of the artists you have opened up for, and what is your most memorable performance opening up for an established artist?

XV, Wale, Trina, Fat Joe, New Boyz, Dj drama, and prof. My most memorable is when I opened up for XV the way the crowd reacted to me was crazy, like I knew I had it but they made me really believe in myself.



7. Who are some of the artists that inspire you?

 T.I, K West, MGK, Jay-Z, Kendrick Lamar and Chris Brown


 8. Your last music video has over 34,000 views and counting online. That is a very good accomplishment. Does it feel weird when you go out and people say, "Hey, I saw your video!" ?

 No not at all I love it when people come up to me talks about my music its a great feeling.

9. In your past, you ran into legal issues. Do you use that as motivation to further your career?  

Most definitely.



10. What advice do you have for up and coming artists on the same path as you? 

 Believe in yourself. Whatever you put your mind to you can do it.
